Well I'm gonna start by apologizing for my lack of artistic production. :XD: I am sketching as usual, but I just haven't had the time for anything else. I'm still getting used the real school thing, plus I also have choir practice, and weekly sports (I'm on the volleyball team, but I also play basketball and soccer regularly). With all that I have homework (of course), collecting sponsors for a school fundraiser, helping younger siblings with their school assignments...

It's amazing how I haven't gone crazy yet. lol I'm just kidding. This stage will pass and I'll be all normal again. Tonight I'm going to a friend's birthday dinner, so I gotta get ready soon. PLEASE please please e-mail me if you'd like to chat or something. I promise I'll respond ASAP!

Hey! My name is Ashley, or Aianarie as I am more commonly known as across the web. I am a 17 year old completely self-taught Anime/fantasy character artist who began drawing at a very early age. I also paint with an abstract-surrealism style, my painting medium is primarily watercolor, but I also use acrylics. Turpentine makes me sneeze! :XD:

If I HAD to sum it down to a few choices, the closest things to my heart are God, my family, my friends, art, The Legend of Zelda (I owe my talent to the game!), and cake! :P (Anime and manga come extremely close though!)

My other interests include video games, music, movies, literature, baking, Japanese culture, and paranormal science. I am a firm believer in ghosts and existence beyond the tangible world. I also write, sing, and play piano.

And just in case you are wondering, my favorite color is violet; animal-horse or wolf; flower-hibiscus; and my favorite school subject has always been grammar. Yeah, I am a grammar snob. I’m sorry.
